Our good friend Erik came in town this week. He recently moved to New York to work for Indy Mogul (a do it yourself film making company) and we haven't seen him since the summertime. Erik has been Rich's good friend since freshman year of high school and he was our best man in our wedding. It was great to have Erik here again and it was exciting to introduce him to Zack!

Heather and Brian met up with us for dinner at Marcello's. (I think Heather is zoning out at the TV)
Erik and Barnes crashed at our house last night and were up early playing with the baby.
I had to grab a picture of this...SOMEONE finally found his thumb! He's still learning how to suck on it and, as of now, is pretty content just chewing on it, but it's progress. I know a lot of people are against thumb-sucking, but Rich and I both agree that it would be better for him to self-soothe on his thumb than require us to constantly put a paci back in his mouth.
