(I'm still slowly but surely learning how to use Photoshop. Here's one of the pictures I edited today and, let me just say, I absolutely love this man.)
So, onto the news...
Rich checked the mail today and we received our foster care license! I'm not quite sure what the hold-up was, seeing as how we finished all of our certification requirements back in February...but either way, it's DONE! Now, the wait is officially on for a phone call!
